Development of the Basic and Detail Engineering of a Ø16” (1300psia) Gas Pipeline, from Barbacoa Station (Anzoátegui State) to the Margarita Island. The Gas Pipeline has a 213,5 km longitude with three (3) submarine sections (a total of 34 Kms) and twelve (12) valve stations.

 Conceptual, Basic and Detail Engineering Services  for new Projects in facilities, such as:  Flow Stations, Compression Plants, Steam Plants, Electric Plants, Gas Lift Multiples, Tanks Fields, Oil pipelines, Gas pipelines, Services Stations,  of PDVSA Western Division. 

Engineering, Procurement and Construction for a twenty-inch diameter diluent pipeline (DP) from PTO (Patio de Tanques Oficina to COB (Centro Operativo Bare). The pipeline is constructed using API-5L 20" diameter pipe with 0.375 " wall thickness. The total length of the pipeline is approximately of 69 kilometers. Asixteen-inch diameter Gas Pipeline is to be installed from COB to the PDVSA Gas’ Guico Valve Station on the Anaco to Puerto Ordaz main PDVSA gas pipeline. The pipeline is constructed using API-5L sixteen-inch diameter pipe with 0.406-inch wall thickness. The total length of the gas pipeline is approximately 60 kilometers

Project IPC for a gas dehydration plant, including commissioning and start up for a natural gas processing plant, with control and auxiliary systems for treating the separated gas in the high pressure stage from Orocual 3 Flow Station of PDVSA. Project executed by Proyecta - Vander Rohe Consortium

The Sincor downstream facility receives diluted heavy crude from the upstream production field. The upgrader is designed to produce syncrudes of 28ºAPI (raw crude is 7 - 8º API). The plant can process 180.000 BPCD. The project includes Process Units, Utilities & Offsite. Consortium Contrina, ( Proyecta, Parsons, Technip, Dit Harris & Kellogg Brown & Root)

The Upgrader is designed to process 120.000 BPCD of raw Zuata crude (7 - 8º API) in order to produce syncrudes of 19 to 25º API. The project includes Process Units, Utilities & Offsite. Consortium Contrina, ( Proyecta, Parsons, Technip, Dit Harris & Kellogg Brown & Root)

Engineering, Procurement and Construction for 22 km, 52 inch-diameter water pipeline from Neverí river to the José Antonio Anzoátegui Petrochemical Complex, in order to increase the water availability for the Complex from 700 l/s to 1300 l/s. The pipeline is part aerial and part underground. Consortium Dycon: Proyecta & Zulia Industrial Construction (ZIC)

EPC of an Olefin Plant. Production capacity: 350.000 Mt/year ethane and 130.000 Mt/year propylene. The olefin plant main components are: pyrolisis furnaces, gas compression systems, manufactured products and fractionating cooling train, steam generation plant, adding up a total of 200 main process equipment. Engineering, Procurement and Construction for the new evaporation train for a Phosphoric acid plant, in order to increase the operation in the 370-A facility and its associated services. The train will help to keep the equipment dust free, avoid flow interruptions, diminish perforation of the pipes as well as the pumping systems, due to the corrosive action of the processed phosphoric acid

New Industrial Complex (CIGMA) Project in Eastern Venezuela

Visualization and Conceptual Design of Industrial Urbanism and  Industrial Services required for the Gran Mariscal de Ayacucho Industrial Complex.
      

Execution of an Integrated Plan to evaluate the impacts generated by the expected fast development of the eastern region, the plan included the land use, socioeconomic, regional organization, natural resources, infrastructure and services. The states of Anzoategui, Monagas, Delta Amacuro, Sucre and Nueva Esparta were part of the study so was the eastern area of Guárico state, North of Bolívar state and influence areas of the Caribbean Sea and Atlantic Ocean

Recover of information and description of existing facilities in order to verify the environmental conditions in the field. All facilities are offshore, main investigation was done on water quality .

Impact evaluation, measures proposal and environmental planning for the installation of new pipelines and recovering of the existing pipelines. Installation of production platform, drilling of new wells and recovering of the existing wells.
